1. Accurate provider, company, location, service, and staff information
Providers must keep customer-facing listing information accurate, current, lawful, and understandable. This includes company names, logos, location names, addresses, contact details, opening hours, service descriptions, staff profiles, prices, deposits, durations, availability, customer policies, product details, QR/add-code flows, and provider dashboard previews.
Providers must not publish misleading descriptions, fake credentials, impersonation, unsafe claims, unlawful claims, copied content, false availability, fake discounts, or claims that they cannot support.
2. Photos, logos, content rights, services, prices, deposits, and policies
Providers are responsible for having the rights to use photos, logos, names, descriptions, staff content, and other materials they upload or publish.
Service names, descriptions, staff assignments, prices, deposit rules, cancellation policies, no-show policies, refund policies, product information, and customer notices must match how the provider actually operates and must comply with applicable law.
3. Reviews, content moderation, QR/add-code, and saved-provider context
Current customer discovery is saved-provider, saved-location, saved-service, and QR/add-code oriented. FoundBookings is not currently a broad public paid-ranking marketplace.
FoundBookings may moderate, restrict, hide, remove, or review inaccurate, unsafe, abusive, misleading, unlawful, infringing, spam, fake, or confusing listings, reviews, replies, messages, product details, staff details, or other content.
4. No paid listing or ranking currently sold
FoundBookings does not currently sell paid ranking, sponsored placement, promoted provider slots, paid search placement, or marketplace advertising. If a future feature materially changes listing or ranking behavior, the relevant policy and interface should be updated before material use.
5. Complaints and reporting
Providers and customers can report inaccurate, unsafe, abusive, misleading, or confusing listing content through available support, reporting, review, or complaint channels. FoundBookings may ask the provider for evidence or corrections and may restrict content while a concern is reviewed.
